The restaurant had a lot of outstanding meals for breakfast. The hotel has lovely location just off all shops, pubs and restaurants and lovely waterside view from the lovely conservatory and beautiful gardens, Kinnoull Hill, and the centre of Perth, right next to the river.

Beautiful old and spotless place, delightful view of the garden and the riverside. A fab central and handy location walking distance to restaurants and bars. Plenty of great bars and restaurants nearby. Comfortable beds, new-fashioned rooms and lovely bath.

The location was magnificent and incredible, at a medium distance from Perth Bridge. Besides, we were just next door to quiet nevertheless and all shops, pubs and restaurants and lovely waterside view from the lovely conservatory and beautiful gardens.
